Will the hemiboots fit straight onto the baja 5sc?,as there does not seem to be a lot of room...

I don't think so as I believe the cups are larger then the 5b/5t drive cups.

I think Abbots rc have them mate, never liked the looks of these personally although they do work I'm told. Get some of Deans (Baja5b-SS... forum name) axle guards on mate , these work for a fraction of the cost

i agree with si (coalminer) 100% mate,
i have two cars, one with guards on and one without, last time out i had hardly any muck/grass on the one with guards, the one without em on was jam packed tight with grass and mud round the bones ,

Sent a message to Dean.I am planing to injstall the toobz on the cups.Darksoul says this "NOTE: These are made to be used with the 25mm HPI "Super Heavy Duty" dog bones, diff shafts, and drive axles found on the Baja 5SC and 2014 5B SS models"

And Chris from Hemi says this:"DarkSoul Toobz are specifically designed to work with HemiBoots and will reinforce the stock drivecups."

Now its true that there are two different drivecups the 22 and the 25,but to be sure,i sent an emil to Chris from Hemi and asked him about this problem. Will wait for the answer from both

I run them and saves pulling out all the tangled mess, i made some guards myself and worked fine but i had the boots here so thought may as well just use them..plus i kept splitting the cv boots and you don't use any with the hemiboots.

:gunsmile:IT'S BETTER TO BURN OUT THAN TOO FADE AWAY !!!! !

I have hemiboots and they save loads on cleaning down the ass end with grass.

The plastic ring that inserts into hub carrier I had to dremel the inside diameter to make rings smaller to fit as I also upgraded to v2 darksoul dogbone with toobz. Pins have to be dremeled to fit inside toobz and the hemiboots ring adapter is to thick to use with toobz so had to dremel inside diameter to fit.

I got some mudguards but have metal arms that don't have screw points. Guess I could drill and tap the hole but. Don't know where me tap and die set is so what the hell just ended up paying loads of dollar instead. Prob just an excuse to get them.
