    Default V2 pull start scratches

    Hi,
Has anyone else had their brand new TR V2 raw alloy pull start come through looking like this ???

I know its going to get battered in the end but when you spend over 80 on a pull start it should be in perfect condition when received.
Did buy from a very trusted RC shop.

I can see some light surface marks but certainly nothing to worry about? A wee bit polish should sort that out if it's a huge issue.

A lot of the TR stuff comes with whats best called a workman like finish. I recall buying my first brace years ago and when it arrived i was thinkin "this hasn't been finished, should i send it back..."
No airs or graces with tr just bits that work well*

you should see what phat-dad engine braces come in the pack like , finish is so rough you could sand your nails away , if you want it shiny then block it flat with 800 we then 2000 wet , and the get it on a polishing mop

Yeah mine was similar but it looked like it had been pulled through a hedge all day after a trip to crimdon so I wasn't bothered ,
