This thred continues took the batmobile/Baja out on thurs and spent half the bash looking for my begitec rear wheel nuts, they have no gnarls on to grip wheel, no matter how tight I did them they backed off, did I say backed anyway I liked the spiked look and contacted Kev to ask if his where gnarled, he said no but I will see what I can do and get back to you, got this pic today look spot on to me, kev has tested them on his Baja and result, jobs a good un Cheers Kev

    Default No slop steering turnbuckles

Was fed up with slop in steering turnbuckles and had some heim joints spare, so I shot kev a pm and asked if he could make some top hat spacers up if I made a drawing of what was needed, as usual the answer was yes Cheers mate got them all fitted up and they work a treat no slop at all loads better, so if you have an idea Kev is the man to turn it into a reality

    Thanks Again Kev,

    Paul.

Shame the joints are not matching, but they only cost 3.20 each off the bay, so may get some more

They do dig in alot more on the corners on enter and exit so you can get round faster but i couldnt get them to work right with kevs cuffs i needed to wind the toparms all the way in on the thread to level the camber etc

took the carving blocks off now rather have the fruitbat cuffs running for support
