They are a great piece of kit, they cover the exposed thread on top arm stopping dirt from entering, they stiffen the arm up when screwed fully home, and the cuff protects the rod ends, plus an added bonus they look great and very strong

What's the dimensions on that one then? (If you don't mind) even pm me

I spaced mine out from lay shaft bearing

2mm then 1.5mmx32mm penny washer then another 2.5mm into spur

I'd be interested in a price also if you could pm me

That's the dimensions on my spacer but the outside diameter is a bit smaller than 32mm , its all one piece so your not messing about with washers ect to get the spacing right

Default Front light pod /brace mount

Been after a way of mounting front pods, was not keen on the rpm mounts on bumper bit vulnerable imo, contacted Mr Fruitbat with a drawing similar to a bar not in production anymore, Kev came up trumps with it cant thank him enough top work as usual it requires the lugs cutting off pods and a 3mm hole drilling where lug was, then a m2.5 nylock nut held captive in stem, had to tap out GH shock supports with m4 tap to secure it, but on plastic supports it would tap itself with the bolt I recon, few pics

Kev is an asset to the forum

Used his excellent services for some items I needed and he helped out and with excellent customer service.

yep, a happy customer and have no hesitation in returning for more bits or recommending him , well worth the money.

Default TR V1 pull start case roto start mod

After installing a roto start and liking my bling was not happy with the stock looking roto case, so had a word with Kev about installing the grommet in a TR case, was going to try doing it myself but on trying to remove grommet from stock case I noticed the whole grommet rotated in the case front, I was going to press fit and threadlock it in the TR case, but thought it would be best doing it the same way incase it was done for a reason, like so it don't generate to much heat making the one way bearing in drill bit fail? anyway got it back today and well happy with work done and method top work as usual kev even took it a step further and made a bung for cord hole, (kept that a secret mate) Massive Thanks Kev would be lost without you Credit to BFUK
