    Default Warranty

Anyone know if DDM offer any kind of warranty on their toolbits? The ones that come in a pack with the pair of red handles?

Managed to snap a ballend off in one of my screws and wasn't using any force at all

Got them from Freeprawn mate. Still learning who sells what etc.

I thought I'd ask on here as I didn't know whether to speak to Freeprawn or DDM

I have notified DDM of this thread, so hopefully they can reply at the earliest possible opportunity.

Yup, quickest way to sort out a problem for a customer over here is for the retailer to replace it. It can then be added onto his next order from DDM.

Chuck Freeprawn an email and he will get in contact with DDM on your behalf, at least thats the way I do it.

Cheers guys. I'll send Freeprawn a message.

Totally happy with the tools, just thought it strange that it broke that easily with such little force

Not good i have these but are not ball ended, if they snap then they are long enough for me to grind new flats on at work.

I not got the ball end ones but mine have been faultless, use them more than my EDS gear most of the time.

from what I have read and seen I wont be buying a replacement for my broken one. I think they are crap compared to some of the other tools I have..
