Default Spur gear cover fitting kit

I've developed a spur gear cover kit that does away with the stock plastics and r clips that hold the spur gear cover in place.

The kit consists of two m5 stainless steel socket cap bolts, two ' O ' rings, two shoulder nuts and two thumb screws .

    The kit .

The kit fitted to your stock spur gear cover .

Also I know that there are members out there that like a bit of bling on the baja and my kit complements those aluminium spur gear covers.

Pics below will give you a better idea of the fitment of the kit ,pics kindly supplied by Paul aka Llazaru

Pm me for price and availability

That's a damn good idea, I hate the standard way it's mounted.

That's correct , the 'O' fits between the end of the thumb screws and spur gear cover, it's there to stop any vibration causing the thumb screw to come loose , I doubt this will happen as the thumb screw already incorporates a nylock nut ,but I added the 'O' just a an extra safety feature

The only problem would be you couldn't tighten up the thumb screws tight enough by hand for use on the pull start
