edit. First test drive done and track seems to be okay, just too much powder snow so my throttle started sticking again, need to seal my carb better

I remember Biscuits bending one of his irc shocks like that at a bash.
I had a hammer in the car boot so we just thrashed it straight again and it did the job for the rest of the afternoon

I keep snapping the bottoms anyway Si which aren't threaded so aren't replaceable.
The Kraken ones are, although I can't find any replacement bottoms anyway lol and the threads don't feel particularly well machined either!

I got some new SB wheels for the badger and stuck them on.
Waiting for some fresh alloy tube to make some longer quick release tubes, sick of these ones popping out and can't be bothered with 4 bolts everytime I want to remove it, so I shall make my own.

Installed a new spark plug wire and air filter, also had to change my rear bumper mounts back to stock because one of my 3d-printed did snap which i did expect to happen.

Last bashing ended suddenly when my engine stopped and could get it running, also it did feel hard to spin so had to check it. Through spark plug hole i saw some marks in the piston and cylinder so had to open my engine and this was the result. Dont know what happened, engine got plenty of oil, for winter i usually use higher % of oil in my gas.
So i need new cylinder, piston and crank bearings, probably going to replace crankshaft to +2mm to turn my obr engine into 30.5cc. Theres a guy in Finland who builds engines so i might ask him to do porting job for me.

There was small piece of metal inside, looks like that its from piston. Could be that something got inside and destroyed it, nothing else can explain this cos it got plenty of oil.

Cant understand that how destroyed my engine is, even my conrod bearing is bad.
There is rebuild kits for crankshafts, how i can remove the pin holding the rod in crank?

you would need a press mate, and then the problem is once you get the crank planes separated yo need to press back together keeping the planes aligned,
and if you got an engineering company to press out, fit new bearing then press in and align it might cost as much or more than just getting a fresh crank,
easiest option is to just get a new crank, that's what I did with my obr 34 reed engine,
wasn't too expensive and makes things much simpler for the repair of the engine,
if you did get a new crank you could then have a play around and see if you could make something up to press the pin from the old one,
then see if you could fit new bearing and reassemble yourself, worst outcome would be you waste a bearing, best outcome would be you had a spare crank

I did order that rebuild kit, ill ask my local engine machine shop if they could swap the bearing for me. Ill probably also order a new crank somewhere

Started rebuilding my engine today, ended with esp modified top end kit.
They recommended 3rd crank bearing mod so i did order three crank bearings, but i also read that sealed bearings tend to leak so it might be better to two bearings with two seals.
Which way should i do? I do run my baja in dusty sand pits so leaking bearing doesnt sound good
