I'd buy one of these straight away!! The adaptor could be easily made from some delrin rod and body clips. Or even machined out of aluminium.

Actually that's not a bad as I thought it'd be, some simple risers should fix that as you mentioned.
Just thinking with this new tall design, and with the roll cage in this raised location, does it not clash with "Yamadude" style separate throttle / brake rods that a lot of people use?

I know with the stock box lid there is not a huge gap between the roll cage bar and the path of the throttle / brake links which extend further forwards than the stock link pictured so may cause the brake link rod to hit the roll cage??

Please I don't mean to "**** on your chips" with this it's just I've looked at my setup and the clearances are slim-to-none... (Maybe its wrong I don't know )

Just lift the throttle servo to suit
Myself and a lot of other have the servo lifted anyway, it give a better throw etc on your linkage

I'll have more in a week or two.

Also, with the aluminum lids its a good idea to keep the wiring well protected, and maybe line the inside of the lid with foam or tape, to prevent any electrical short circuits is some wires touch metal.

Ok. Thanks for the great feedback.

There won't be any Custom's fees on this item.

I wish I could sell these for cheaper, and not make a profit, but it's really hard to pay for $40,000 CNC machines that way.

Side pic to show that the roll cage risers don't affect the look of the car.
