    Default sandrail mods

Right, decided to hack the rail about a bit,the major part being redesigning the rear so it goes round the outside of the shocks to eliminate the need to remove the shock brace every time you need to remove it.
Also a bit of bending for better clearance and a few more securing bkts for ally/acrylic sheets.
I don't even know who made this rail but i will post picks before and after to see what you think.2015-05-13 12.51.51.jpg

As you can see on the pic there is a horizontal bar that passed behind the rear shock so this is getting cut out and a new piece curved around the outside of the shock and then a couple of bracing pieces in the virtical ish plain.
This will mean that the whole thing will be held on with x4 6mm bolts.
It may need an extra two mounts up near the front but going to see how this pans out first

Yeah Dre,i intend to replace that with an outside piece with strut/braces for strength and a few other little mods then it's off for powder coating

Before you ask it will probably be KTM orange as they have some left over from another job and it works out a lot cheaper if they don't have to mix or get specific colours in
