Now as stated,i have problems with one of the hubs. The wheel jams whe i try to insert the pin.Again, only one of them is making that.I tried the freezer and the owen method and its not working.Tonight i removed the inside bearing, leaving only the outside one and what do u know? The wheel spins freely. What can it bee?

the bearings need to be in perfect so as the axle goes through ... if they are in perfect then sometimes the hole in the axle gets caught because it has a small bur on it ... try rubbing the hole with something to smooth it out and see what happens .... I had to do mine on one side to make it fit in correctly .... no dirty jokes please .... dirtbags ....

The hole in the axle its smooth as i tried to slide the pin through and it goes perfectly.About the bearings, dont know what to say.In my opinion they are properly seated. Here i have a picture of how it seats the outside bearing

that bearing doesn't look straight to me mate .... if the axle goes through the bearings when they are out of the hubs then it is deffo a bearing alignment problem ....

    try what gary said mate,
pop that bearing out again and check that it aint put a burr or step on the inside of the hole,
if it has , just clean it up and refit,
thats bearing in the pic looks too far out to me as well

heres something you can try before you come up to me .... put the bearing that you cant get into the hub over your axle then heat the hub in the oven until it is really hot .... slip the bearing that does fit the hub into place and then put the axle through the bearing in the hub to line the axle up ... this should let the axle go into place dead straight and hopefully seat the other bearing into place .... that's what I would try and if it didn't work I would run the Dremel drum sander round the bearing hole and remove a thou or two so as the bearing goes in when the hub is heated ....

If doing the bass666 method then remove the other bearing before you put the hub in the oven, but if it's that tight and your having mayor issues either send erm back or dremel it like Gary said.

See even if you do get it in it's still gunna be a pain to remove.
