    Just a thought mate, cut a pattern in 18mm plywood clamp your hdp to it and run your router round the edge, use a straight cut bit with a wheel on to follow ply pattern

    yeah mate there are a few ways to do it and the bandsaw is the quickest but if you were to make many of them then you would use a better method like yours ....

    Good mod Garry not my cup of tea but plenty use erm, looks plenty good enough in the pics mate.
    CNC milled carbon fibre/Aluminium baja/losi parts stock, modified and custom.

    aye mate they are deffo an acquired taste .... when I bought mine I didn't really like it but it grew on me after a while .....

    An acquired taste I had uber bumpers on when I had a 5b and those are another example of an acquired taste lol and again not cheap for what they are.

    can do under chassis scuff guard the whole length of the underchassis if I have those skillz. also build in some front over lap to protect the front edges of our chassis. mine's pretty scuffed aredy, looking like a piece of plastic that my dog chewed on
    now only if...
