    Bit more progress done...
    5sc rear hub carriers arrived

Dark soul axel extenders front and rear

    Turtle racing tranny plate

So I've got the rear chassis mounted to the main chassis.. Since I've done this everything seems a bit stiff when you turn the layshaft.. Is that normal?! When the gearbox was separate it was a lot easier to rotate.. I presume with the dog bones and everything in place it would be stiffer but just want to make sure..

Yes mate it's normal. After a couple of runs everything will start to loosen up. Looks good

The stiffness can often be the boots catching the arms... They can also foul the hubs and the diff side as well, sometimes they need trimming, sometimes movement will trim them for you

Yeah when the back end droops it does rub on the boots.. Guess that'll be fine once all back end together and shocks are on.. Cus there 5sc carriers should I take a bit out of the bottom arms?!

Not sure about that but it might be worth trimming 5mm off each end of the boots, that's what I did and it sorted the stiffness.
