Hi and welcome to bfuk the mod you require for fitting 5mm pins to cup shafts is to drill holes to 5mm, Phatdad bones & cups would get my vote

I've had the uber ball drive for a year now and they have been spot on. Had them out yesterday and no signs of wear.
Haven't experienced any other so can't comment

Default Whİch dogbone and cup set up İs the best?

I had ubers for 2 years before they worn out, Mark replaced cracked and worn parts free.
I had V4 but was replaced with V4.2 after the replaced parts crack cups after 19 hrs and already shown signs of wear I went phat dad.
I fitted phat dads on the 15/07/2015 and have very little wear and I put 30 plus HR's on sand, I've only replaced one pin and I didn't need to do that but got a .1 flat spot in the pin when my boots kept ripping and sand was getting into the boots.

Now if uber sorted out the V4.2 treatment process then I'd not have bothered changing out to phat dads, it ain't just mine that crapped out neither my bros got ball drive and he's been grounded now for a good 10 weeks because he's worn out the ubers.

He said he ain't fitting no more ubers because of the failed parts, he had more failures than me he just can't afford to swap out his.
He was cracking cups even with rings fitted, in fact one of the cups had 3 cracks in it and the wear is worse than mine if I said he's have been on a month before he's issues started if not be far off.

Good thing about ubers was easy of replacing boots, and are smoother in operation let down by changing heat treatment.

Phat dads for long life trouble free running.

I've had a set of ubers since may '16 running a full mod OBR 34, i'm on my fourth set of replacement outer cups, and my second set of inners. The current and previous batch are as soft as butter, they didn't crack, the balls just carved the inside of the cups out in whatever direction they saw fit! and poor old Mark can't produce replacements quick enough. I've just ordered Phatdad. My mates run 34 ported motors and the FLM is ok but does break pins.
