    It's not what you do
    It's how you do it.
Be anything you want to be
    It's not what you got
    It's how you use it
    You be you
    And I'll be me....

    update time again ,
still waiting on a pinion coming ,
so a few things needed modding, well I thought they needed modding anyways ,
so started modding the exhaust manifold adapters, and cocked one up, I was never 100% happy how I did em the first time so decided to make a new pair,
new ones are around 3mm thinner than the original ones as well which should be better all round I reckons,
so cut a pair of blanks from 6mm 6082 t6 alloy,
drilled a hole in the centre then made em roughly round on the belt sander,
then nut and bolt through the hole and turned em till they were the right size , and round,
then marked the holes, mounting holes to engine and manifold to adapter holes,
you will see in the pics that the left adapter manifold mounting holes are offset to the other adapter cos the manifolds reversed on the left side,
then tapped two of the holes on each one and counterbored the others,
next step is to mill out the centre so they matches the exhaust ports on the twin,
that's the bit I wasn't 100% happy with on the first set,
will do that tomorrow now though,
also opened up and reshaped the air intakes that the filters fasten to, i'm convinced the engine wasn't getting enough air last time out,
and first time using the modded fid plastic intakes with my alloy doodad on the top, so they've been opened up around 50% more, should flow more air now,
last pic shows stock doodad on the top and the modded ones underneath ,
modded ones are now mostly shaped to match the fid plastic intakes as much as possible,
    few pics below,
and as always, thanks for lookin ,
