    Arrow Exhaust issue :)

    Hello everyone.

So this morning i decided to clean my Baracuda pipe that i use on my mcd. İ used a liquid which is used to remove rust etc. in kitchen and bath pipes. And i was thinking of letting it sit for 15 mins max. but guess what i forgot it it it was 1 hour later when i realised that (dumb mistake.). So when i remowed the liquid i saw that there were little holes and this is the result.

So my question is: Can i just weld a metal sheet or should i throw it in the bin?

    Thanks for the replies.

    I reckon u can fab a insert
Me thinks have the fabbed piece sitting on the outside of the pipe from motor side and have it sitting inside (feed-slide it in on the outlet side) if that makes sense so as to have minimal air disturbance

ANd shape it so it follows the shape of the pipe on the outside, youll need a anvil or similar shape material and hammer to shape the steel

Mig weld with .8mm wire and vertical down weld or tig it

i say weld it and see mate ,
if you know someone who knows how to weld then you probably get it done at mates rates,
and if it doesn't work out, then junk and get a fresh pipe
