    Unhappy product failure

has this happened to any one? i got some darksoul hd shock shafts with the rod ends back in june...from day one the shafts kept unscrewing from the rod end so i used a dab of thread lock which seem to work until sunday when the shaft and rod end parted company.

i looks as if the thread has gone on the shaft or the rod end but ive used the opposite rod end and its ok and tried the other shaft with the rod end in the vid and that's ok. should this happen in 4 months and all i do is race hard and some small jumps....

Email Ted at Darksoul, thats the whole reason of purchasing from the better manufacturers they will look after you if its a part problem and not user error in my experience.

    Ted will look after you.

Or if they were bought from MMR drop them back and we will look after you.

    Cheers

Paul, With all due respect I would suggest taking these types of issues direct to the manufacture. The issue with coming to the forums can scare people off of the product even though it may be a simple uncommon issue and you may not get a response in a timely manner.

Going direct for customer service is always your best bet when having issues with any products..

    Cheers,
